If covered under guarantee the return of your Einhell product is always free for you. Simply: Download, print, and return your claim form by post together with a copy of your proof of purchase.
We shall then inform you of all further steps of the returns process. We offer our convenient repairs and return service also for devices, which are no longer in the guarantee period. Ensuing costs for pickup or shipment shall be invoiced to you along with the cost of repairs.
